Edit a client's details

Your agency can use a different name for a client in Studio. The client still sees their own organization’s name in Portal.

Steps

1. Open Clients and select the client.
2. Open More options and select Edit Client.
3. Change the Name, Domain, or Notes.
4. Select Save Changes.

Your team sees the name and domain you save across Studio. The domain you save here does not decide who can join the client’s organization. Notes stay private to your agency. The client and other agencies cannot see them.

To use the client’s own name or domain again, clear that field and select Save Changes. Watson then follows any changes the client makes to that detail in their own organization profile.
