Invite your team

Invite people who work for your agency to Studio. To invite someone who works for a client, use Invite a client user.

Team invitations require a Studio plan and workspace administration access.

Steps

1. Open the workspace menu, choose Workspace Settings → Members & Roles, then select Invite Team Member.
2. Enter your coworker’s email address and choose one or more available roles. Member shell only gives no operational permissions until a role is assigned.
3. Select Send Invite. Your coworker uses its link to join the workspace with a Watson account.
4. Return to Members & Roles to check active members and pending invitations.

Give coworkers only the access they need. Workspace ownership is separate from the roles available in this invitation.
