Open the workspace/profile menu and choose Workspace Settings for your agency, or Account Settings for your own details and preferences.
Settings for your agency
- General has workspace scheduling, publishing, and channel settings.
- Design Studio has the workspace icon, Portal sign-in copy and image, appearance, brand colors, and design history. See Customize your workspace design.
- Organization Profile holds your agency’s name, avatar, and business details.
- Verification shows workspace verification.
- Members & Roles shows who can use Studio and what they can do.
- Client Portal has Request guidance, default schedule sharing, support contacts, and quick links.
- Notification Defaults sets starting notification choices for the workspace.
- Plan & Billing shows your Watson subscription and its invoices.
- Templates lists reusable starting points for projects.
- Activity Log shows changes made in the workspace.
- Danger Zone contains workspace removal controls for owners.
Your role may limit which settings you can change.

Under Account Settings, you can find Profile, Notifications, Preferences, Onboarding, Feature Previews, Account & Security, and Privacy. Your profile follows you into every Watson workspace you belong to. See Your profile for steps.
